In 1986 we began as a home-based business in Thibodaux, Louisiana (45 miles southwest of New Orleans). The company has grown to be among the top 3% of advertising distributors. With such growth, we've moved between multiple locations until settling into a historical downtown Thibodaux office building in 1998. Only a couple of years later, an additional building was required for increased personnel, equipment and storage, which we humorously call "AIM Too". Our primary focus is employee participation, particularly in the field of Safety and Human Resources. We exhibit at many Safety and HR conferences including: 10 VPPPA Regionals, the National VPPPA, American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE), National Safety Council (NSC), Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), and Carolina Star. We are a licensed VPP supplier and have the largest VPP inventory for quick turn-around. We're also an OSHA VPP Star Site, so we know what it means to cultivate and maintain a safe work environment. We have 16,000 square feet of on-site storage for awards/fulfillment programs. For quality assurance, we staff seven fully functioning departments, which include: customer service, data entry, accounting, art, print, finishing, and shipping.
